How this was made
- Zero AI inference. Python + Pillow draw every frame; ffmpeg encodes. No prompts, no APIs, no keys — pure compute.
- Procedural everything: parchment paper grown from noise, ember & spark fields as analytic functions of time, a three-arm spiral of light over the scorch mark, ink-wash silhouettes drawn as vector shapes.
- Kinetic type: the title card is eaten by an ink-dissolve (two-octave noise threshold), the statement line wipes in behind a gold sparkle frontier.
- Camera: slow 1.00→1.12 push-in over a 2400×1350 world canvas, so the zoom never upscales past native pixels.
- Reproducible: the whole film is one JSON file and a seed (
369). 360 frames rendered & encoded in ~27 seconds on idle container cores.
- Music: public-domain Chopin nocturne (family archive), faded to the storybook dark.
